This spring kicked off a series of many joyful DTI happenings and events this season. In celebration of Maria Gomez’s marriage, Claudia Cardenas’s new baby, and the birthdays of Juan Sanchez and Jessica and Isella Galvan, the Denver Transfer Initiative held a Potluck lunch for friends and family in which there was plenty of delicious food and fun to go around.
In the following weeks, Claudia gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Eduardo. Though she’s decided to take the spring semester off, Claudia sure has her hands full, as she is a first-time mother. Congratulations on your new baby, Claudia!
