Just one week after his UC-Denver graduation, Juan Sanchez has gone on to pursue life-changing opportunities as well as new and exciting academic endeavors from across the world. May 15, 2010 marked the first day of the 2-week “London Calling: Global Sports & Entertainment Management” study abroad journey. The course will provide students a broader perspective on the Sports and Entertainment industry as well as the chance to visit sites including the Arsenal Football Club, the Molson Coors Football Sponsorship, All England Lawn Tennis Club/Wimbledon, 2012 Olympics Committee, Twickenham/Rugby Football Union, Surrey Cricket, and The O2 Arena. Additionally, Juan will be experiencing London’s Theatre Production, The British Film Institute, the BBC, and the UK Department of Culture, Media and Sport.We’re very proud of Juan’s accomplishments and wish him safe travels throughout the remainder of his studies.
